Terms and Conditions for LEMAI CRM Tool

Welcome to LEMAI, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform developed and operated by InfoZ IT Solutions, a subsidiary of Kapil Knowledge Hub Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LEMAI (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use LEMAI. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LEMAI Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
• Continued use of LEMAI following any updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

To use LEMAI, you must meet the following conditions:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, unsolicited marketing, or spamming.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform’s infrastructure or network operations.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of LEMAI may require a paid subscription. Payment terms and conditions are as follows:

• Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be displayed during purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All intellectual property rights in and to LEMAI remain the exclusive property of InfoZ IT Solutions and Kapil Knowledge Hub Pvt. Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as-is” without any warranty. Users are responsible for data backups and security protocols.

• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• The Company shall not be liable for loss of data, business interruption, financial loss, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
• Users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups and security protocols.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to protect the Company from any claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InfoZ IT Solutions, Kapil Knowledge Hub Pvt. Ltd., their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform, violation of Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

Accounts may be terminated by the Company or by the user. Obligations survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
