LEMAI operates primarily as a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS platform.

  • Data Controller vs. Processor: All data processed through the Platform is controlled by the client organization (the entity that subscribes to LEMAI). End users (employees, agents, or representatives) act on behalf of their organization. The Company acts as a Data Processor.
  • Third-Party Services: This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services that may integrate with LEMAI; those are governed by the respective third parties' privacy policies.

We process personal data strictly to operate our business and provide the Service:

  • 90-Day Deletion Guarantee: Upon account termination or the receipt of a verified deletion request, all applicable personal data (including contacts, CRM records, call logs, and media) will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
  • Exceptions: We may retain limited data longer only where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

9. Mobile App Permissions and Device Access

To function correctly, the LEMAI mobile App may request access to:

  • Call Logs: For CRM call tracking and logging.
  • Contacts: For mapping customer relationships.
  • Microphone: For call recordings and voice notes.
  • Storage/Media: For document and photo uploads.
  • Location (Optional): For activity and territory tagging.
  • Notifications: For alerts and reminders.

Permissions can be managed or revoked at any time via your device settings.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request confirmation and a copy of your personal data.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your data.
